This is even worse than that DMT thread. The neanderthals here are stuck in 1970's science.

I'm looking at one of these:

Thats nice thx. Think i will get one. Just hook up a small pump to circulate water.

But why ? Trying to freeze your balls off ? I get it ..... cheap sex change.
The motivation is that it sucks. And doing something that sucks strengthens the mind. Sure, there are health benefits, and my autoimmune inflammation has dropped dramatically, it's more a quest for a healthier stronger mind.

It pushes your mind. Cold as hell then step into an even colder environment. For someone like me who was a useless piece of sht it does wonders. Sure i could perhaps still be seen as a piece of sht. But no longer a useless one.

Ask the chinese to post here when you depart. You will be missed.

Don't beat yourself. You know Malema ? That's a useless piece of schit. You're better.

So, I've been jumping into the pool at around 07:30 everyday after my run.

Today the water was 8 degrees, my shongololo looked more like a mopani worm.

The feeling thereafter is absolute bliss, can't explain it, the body just feels revived.

I like jumping into the pool because it's instantaneous, no way of chickening out

Prefer cold shower over pool because I get to battle my mind for a second or two.

I worry about my heart in winter though.

Thats good practise. Though they reckon cold expsore before exercise burns a ton of fat.

You should delay for at least 2 hours after exercise. Cold shock directly after minimises the effects of hypertrophy. It's probably less an issue with cardio like running, but still, I take a holistic approach to hacking my biology.

Theoretically to increase the benefits, you should jump in the cold pool before you run.

Being doing the same for 4 months now.

The health and mind benefits I have seen/felt are amazing.
The testosterone levels have increased as well.
I do normal shower into a full cold (mornings only)
Then ice bath twice a week, Mondays and Thursdays(mornings also)

Joint pains have minimized drastically as a side note.
