Combining multiple pictures into one PDF

So this is what I want to do

I have three scanned images (.jpeg) which I need to convert to PDF...but they must be in one PDF file. How would I go about doing this?

1. Download and install PrimoPDF - a .pdf creator in the form of a virtual printer
2. 'Print' your 1st picture to .pdf
3. 'Print' your 2nd picture to the same .pdf. When asked, select 'Apend to...' instead of 'Overwrite'
4. Repeat for picture number 3
5. ???
6. Profit

By using ImageMagick (linux, windows, etc):

convert -page A4 -compress jpeg *.jpg out.pdf
