Launch night looks great with CC regulars like South park(season 15), the daily show, Colbert and the charlie sheen roast. After that though, the line up is pathetic, according to Jim, Gary unmarried, My wife and kids? None of that is even produced by Comedy Central. You'd think with such a wealth of material they would not need to resort to major network(ABC, NBC, FOX and CBS) nonsense. Comedy Central Africa = Fail
 
Wow I just looked, wow wow wow. That is beyond, well, wow. Is that the best NBC junk they could come up with?
 
All of a sudden my decoder has decided to stop picking up certain channels, Comedy Central being one of them. And I'm a premium hd pvr customer. Studio Universal, hallmark/universal and Comedy Central say signal not found...:mad:

Tried calling Multichoice but was on hold for 15min to no avail. Also tried resetting - nothing...

Sounds like you are not picking up that transponder. Check if Style (183) and E! (124) are also giving hassles.

One of the lnb cables faulty?

Two channels I've never actually tuned to before. "Thankfully" you're right. Neither of those channels are working. Same problem - says "signal not found" and says I must check that the box is installed correctly. Er, AFAIK it is. Nothing has changed.

What's going on?

Just to confirm that your horizontal channels are working, can you please check CI (255) and Animal Planet (264) as well. If those are working then tune back to 122 and check your signal strength and quality.

Yip, those are working perfectly. Signal on 122 is 0%. Signal quality is the same. Other channels have perfect signal with signal strength being 98% and signal quality of 100%...
 
Knew not to expect too much when the first show they decided to air was Jeff Dunham's.

I don't know, I quite enjoy Jeff Dunham. Perhaps its not the perfect channel but it does bring some new or at least different stuff, and who knows with time it could get much better

I tried rescanning all channels with the yellow button in advanced options. Didn't help.

I'm not sure what a flash rescan is. I did reset and remove the smart card...
