Comedy Central coming to DSTV

And they will move their current sitcoms (MAried with children, Two and a half men, etc) over from the other channels... I doubt there will be too much new content...
 
well it is going to be another syndicated spammy channel like the sonys and universal channels imo, if true i look foward to watching some standup specials
 
Fantastic!! i think 2H next year a new dstv satellite will be launched, so im expecting more channels in hd.
 
Awesome. It's been so long since I've watched it so I have no idea what's on it these days, but I used to love it.
 
The comedy central channel in the UK is absolute rubbish. They play really old sitcoms. I think the US version of the channel might be a lot better so I'm hoping ours will be better than the UK but you might find that other channels in SA already have the rights to the good shows like South Park.

What sucks is SA might loose access to the daily show videos on the web if we get this channel.
 
Wow Multichoice will have done something right if this is true!

VUZU said that they already don't have the rights to South Park anymore. So if this CC channel is happening it probably will have South Park.
 
It will be nice if its a closer copy of the US version, but I very much doubt it.
 
As long as they air The Colbert report,Its always sunny in Philedelphia,I will be happy.
