Commercial puff pastry

We are a small bakery looking to improve our puff pastry for our pies. We have tried numerous recipes, but still haven't found what we are looking for. Anyone with knowledge of commercial pastry fats and recipes would be highly appreciated. Tanks

We are not completely happy with the taste. We use commercial pastry fats and all but just cant seem to find the right flavors we are after. We have spoken to many specialists, tried different baking technique's even, but still same result.
