You get both, i.e. the full amount that has already been invested on your behalf plus all the interest that it has already attracted (up until your departure date).

Yep. The funds are deposited into some form of retirement account during your work period, when you leave, they are yours however depending on the company and structure you most likely have to move the funds. Withdrawal will attract heavy taxation, movement to another fund or a preservation fund will leave your funds intact until the day of your retirement.
