Company Registration Help

Just about anything is possible but there are regulations and laws covering everything you wish to do.

It will be far easier to set this all up when you are in the country and rather consult with a professional.

What do you mean when you refer to "online business"? Are you looking to put in place a stereotypical pyramid holding structure, where you personally hold the shares in "Holdco", and "Holdco" in turn holds the shares in various other companies?

If so, each company would need to be treated differently, with its own bank account number (makes it easier for SARS). Each company will need to be incorporated as such, with its own company registration documents.

Practically, I would stick each operating company under Holdco - because you don't want Holdco to be exposed to the risks of operating/trading, or to expose other members of the group to these risks (defeats the purpose of having a group then).

I haven't dealt with Shelf Company Warehouse before, but I know many that have - and they haven't had any issues.

Make sure your sister is properly authorised to transact on behalf of the relevant companies, either through being a director of these companies or through an appropriate delegation of authority.

You being in Asia shouldn't present any issue to what you want to do.

Just do everything online now. Search for the CIPC, you won't believe how easy it is, besides, you'll spare yourself the cash

Thank you for your advice. Yes you are correct, I am going to register each operating business under Holdco.
