Competition bill softened

The Competition Amendment Bill has been changed to limit the liability of directors and executives for the anticompetitive behaviour of companies in cases where they do not know of illegal actions.

Mnnn...So they change the Bill because er..<cough>..some of the current directors and executives <cough> do not know of illegal actions. Maybe some formal education would be in order - BEFORE they become directors and executives! A diploma in political science does not cut it as a business degree.
