This is getting tired - very tired!!!The irony is that VANS effectively now have the same rights as Neotel, which paid R100m for its licence.
neotel is the second fixed line operator. Why aren't they providing us with adsl yet?http://mybroadband.co.za/news/Telecoms/6750.htmlThis is getting tired - very tired!!!
Neotel also received large chunks of wireless spectrum, which is in huge demand.
IMO Neotel's licence fee can largely be attributed to the spectrum it received, and a far smaller portion of that ZAR100m can be attributed to the licence to operate as the SNO that Neotel received from !CASA.
Put a pricetage on the wireless spectrum that Neotel controls and things will become a lot clearer.
