I would like to know more about the process of getting Fibre into a complex.
I phoned Openserve to find out more, and they told me they are just awaiting the go-ahead from the body corporate so that they can begin with installations.
When I got into contact with the body corporate, they informed me that they have had several companies doing surveys to determine the interest level, but no one has come back to them yet.
If Openserve is telling me they want to do installations but they do not have permission, surely the body corporate can come to an agreement with them. Otherwise they would have simply stated there is not enough interest at this stage when I wanted to place my order?
Why would the body corporate say they are awaiting feedback, but Openserve is interested already (or atleast told me so) ?
Anything I can do to speed up the process ? While on the phone with Openserve they told me the ADSL will be discontinued shortly. Really need to get the fibre going.
The whole area is already fibre ready, bar a complex or 3.

Various companies did fibre interest surveys at my complex. No one comes back to body corporate.
