Blame telkom its easier than facing the truth

Is telkom responsible for these complaints too?

1.People not getting there Vrewards.
2.Accounts and billing always down.
3.U can recharge but it doesnt reflect on your account
4.Sort me out centre cant answer or fix anything.
5.We will get back to you on that, but never do.

We all know telkom and there services arent the best but at least
we know who we dealing with and what to expect from them, but to blame them for other peoples INCOMPETANCE is just plain STUPID.:)

I think our country must make a public holiday for telkom, HATE TELKOM DAY, seeing day make holidays for any stupid reason.

And with virgin i've givin up with the vrewards and so on, doesn't help to phone the sort you out line.

Where can we find Mr Brandson's e-mail maybe it we would help if he received a million e-mail's of complaint then maybe they will do something about it.
