doesn't do anything? that's strange. mine works. turn in clockwise to up the fan speed on the first 2 knobs. the last one won't work unless you install a 3rd fan at the back of ur pc.
and are you sure it's doing nothing? it doesn't exactly make a noise when u up the speed, but the fan with the blue light - the light increases its intensity when u up the speed, so then u know that one is working.
