I was wondering if you guys could help me.

Whenever I play games eg. Guild Wars, or even sometimes when I dont have games running, after about +-10 minutes, my computer just restarts, it just goes black, and then powers on again. When it loads up (XP sp2) it says the system has recovered from a serious error. These two files are involved in the error report:

E:\DOCUME~1\Andrew\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb23d.dir00\Mini120507-01.dmp
E:\DOCUME~1\Andrew\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERb23d.dir00\sysdata.xml

This is the error signature:

BCCode : 1000008e BCP1 : C0000005 BCP2 : 805E3C41 BCP3 : F2B099A8
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 768_1

Thanks.

My CPU core 0: 63°C
My CPU core 1: 58°C

I dunno my graphics card but I am downloading program so I can see.

I dunno how to sort it out though?!? My card is XFX Geforce 7900GTX, and my drivers are the latest nvidia of the NAG cd, not the BETA ones.

i don't know what you guys think but those temps are quite high isn't it? my cpu and graphics card temps are 30 degress at any given time as a max.

i have core 2 duo E6850 and nvidia 8800GTS 320mb.

the last time my computer randomly restarted i was told that my motherboard was packing up.

Get bigger power supply maybe? And also an extra fan or two wouldn't hurt...

Normal operating temperatures are between 40 to 60 degC

Can go up to 65degC however, but as soon as it hits 66 to 80degC for long periods, check for ventilation, fan operation and dust puppies.

Had a laptop whose fan and vents was full of dust puppies, so laptop was prone to overheating (between 70 and 75degC). After a strip and clean, it was as good as new, temperature's now between 55 to 60degC.

I have Core2 Duo E6300 1.8ghz and XFX geforce 7900GTX 512mb. I have this case: http://www.aerocool.us/p-case/extremengine3t/extremengine3t.htm

How sould I make it cooler? Can I overclock the fans? :)

Fans can't be overclocked - you can speed it up by giving it a voltage boost, but run the risk of burning it out.

You can put in bigger fans - or look at watercooling.

I would go for watercooling - but if you can't afford it, look at getting a couple of 120mm fans for the PC case.

I dont think another fan will fit??? If I was to go for watercooling... What would you recommend?

I had the same problem and tried everything.
It ended up being my power supply.
Either not enough power or a not so good quality PSU thats what i would think the problem is.
I think my PSU was both lol
