Major changes to South African learner and driver's licence tests

Transport minister Fikile Mbalula says that his department has made significant progress in rolling out computerised learner’s licence testing.

Long-term, the department is integrating driving licence simulators into testing procedures.

No, he doesn't deserve credit, this is not in the 'right' direction and is not what SA needs when even you admit we can't get the basics right. What SA needs is to get the basics right first and build from there instead of dreaming up these over ambitious and unrealistic solutions that are built on terrible foundations.
