Hi, just want some clarity on this. I've finally decided to cancel my internet package with them. They can't seem to upgrade my internet speed to a 10Mbp/s line because I might pull too much bandwidth from their other users. When I made the call with their sales rep I was told that I need to pay for this month, which is completely understandable, and next month's fee in full. Is having to pay an extra month usual amongst WISP's or am I being forked over? We have a pre-paid account for the last 5 years so I don't see why it can't be as simple as cancelling the package and deducting their fee at the end of the month.
