Con has gone to hell... again

yeah - im constantly hitting 2.4mbps. My modem wont sync to the tower higher than 2.4mbps, so im maxing it out. Trying to figure out why i cant sync at 3.1. Was so nice dloading last night!

Yep tried the software out, when I run it nothing happens and the program freezes up, I am on NeoConnect Lite. But am able to get EC/IO using ##412365 (NeoConnect Lite DEBUG Code)

Looks like I will have to settle for 1/3 DL speed of what I used to get, when I first signed up, hoping more people will cancel now so things will get better.

I've been trying for months now to speak to a Tower Engineer, I know once I can get that right, problem should just about be solved. Does anyone perhaps know how to get into contact with an Engineer ?

Doesnt work for prime device as far as im aware. Plugged it in earlier and tuned me crit error :/
