Evening All.

Closing my performance report.
Don't post here!
Monday i'm going to list here the users vs the congestion report/performance report!

Please after that don't post either, as it will be the progress as well as to RF Planning feesibility studies.

You guys are such a big failure! There is not one single promise that neither you nor the company made that was kept. Its really behond me how you guys and your contractors are able to stay in business with such poor service.

Hugo, you get agetated when people complain on these forums, but its simple - just keep your promise and also - deliver when and what you are supposed to deliver. You advertise products, so just deliver it. If you can't then get out so someone else can come in and do.

In your first post in this thread you said Monday. 4 days later you say its a complicated list. Did you not know that its a complicated job to do when you started with it? Why did you say Monday when you knew that you won't be able to deliver by Monday? I wish there were more we as consumer could do to get rid of this company!

Couldnt have said it better myself. Neotel is getting worst and worst all round. They now telling me that I went 10gigs over my 15gig cap (I didnt have internet access for half the month cos of their service and my bandwidth meter says i used 1 gig). Promises promises promises.... Your company campany can F OFF. Cancelling them tomorrow morning straight. If they give me troubles about cancelling fees they can have a fat chat with my lawyer

Bear this in mind - With the return on dates for feesbility studies supposed to be submitted to me by Monday (past) i would have posted it then already.
Tell you what, lets do this the easy way, i'll drop the current PN's here that are on congestion as per matching, and leave it with no dates for the feesibility to go out.
And leave it longer. I will not submit dates here for it, period.

Lets see how many here support your thought, and the realisation that oh wait, Hugo form the beginning said transparency but you want blind info, hmm, sounds fimiliar...

anyhow I don't understand your post - but whatever you were saying, you sound frustrated - a bit like the neotel users feel??

anyhow when you can, can you re-explain your post or maybe someone else can explain what he said, I'm lost....:confused:
 
I think his trying to say he is sorry for not yet giving us the info that was promised. It seems he is telling us is out of his control. Well then if you do not have control over this, then remove this thread and only post it again when you have control

Congestion seems to be sorted out for now. Glad you put that site up.

Upload Speed: 479 kbps (59.9 KB/sec transfer rate)

Hugo, please put up a new tower in Bryanston/Olivedale. Apart from the disconnections, when it does eventually work, this happens:

Download Speed: 352 kbps (44 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 65 kbps (8.1 KB/sec transfer rate)

RSSI is 68, Ec/Io less than 2.

Epic sigh :(
