Username and Password stay blank. Dial Up Number is *99#.

ok i did that now when it reaches registering on network a error message says PPP link control protocol was terminated......thanks for any help

If you have the Software that came with the phone, i suggest you install it, and create the dial-up connection from the software itself. You'll have better luck with that.

Or *99***x# where x is the profile number in your phone.
