Connected, but confused, frustrated..

Bought myself a 3g enabled contract cellphone which i use to connect my pc to the net. Trying to call Vodacom to sign me up for a data bundle, but can't seem to get through. Am i doing something wrong?


PS: Haven't been billed. Did i make a mistake signing myself up for Vodacom?

Contact your nearest Vodashop or the shop where you took out the contract. They can activate it for you.
