Connectify has a new add-on, which channel bonds your various Internet connections into a single, fast connection, called Dispatch.

http://www.connectify.me/dispatch/

Took it for a spin and there was a definite improvement in speed.

For example, I have never been able to stream a 720p YouTube clip on my 8Mb/s ADSL line without buffering issues. Using Dispatch to channel bond the 8Mb/s ADSL line and a 3G connection from 8ta, I managed to stream a 1080p video without any buffering whatsoever.

Here is the proof: (Check how far ahead the buffer bar is ahead of the realtime playback marker.)

Not bad for a 8Mb/s connection: ;)

Anyone else tried it out?

I will like to know which other connection type you used to test this setup.

Relocating to a different room where the 3G reception is a little bit better, I managed to get this:

I don't get the OP. On a standard AH 4MB uncapped account and usually streaming YouTube/Vimeo/TV channels without any buffering. No need for other accounts.

It is because you must be located close to an exchange which is not overloaded, and you are of course close to the SA Google cache servers.

I also specified that it was 720p clips that never streamed correctly. It more or less managed to do lower resolutions just fine.
