Connection Drops

Hi I've been using MTN 3g on my Imate JasJar for 3 days now. Im new to 3g, and I am experiencing allot of connection drops. Im situated in Centurion, and I would just like to know how the experience has been like for some other clients, and what the probable cause may be for a connection drop.

There have been no problems reported in Pretoria from my side has anyone else experienced any problems in the above regard?

My connection drops on gprs in Edeglen
It comes and it goes. Also it shows 3G in Edenglen where i live and i only get GPRS. Now i got my self the data card with no speed increase and a 24month contract to pay.!

I'm in Irene and I have been having problems since yesterday. Sometimes the connection is fine, and then it just goes dead, the connection is not actually dropped but the throughput goes to 1.5 kbps or less. Totally unusable. Sometimes it helps to take the Fastlink card out and then to boot it up again but it does not last for long. The other funny I noticed is if I phone 141 to check my balances I get a 'Zero Rand airtime credit remaining, then a R72 airtime credit remaining, and then the 260 MB remaining' when I check all balances. I am confused how can I have zero and R72 airtime credit remaining on the same prepaid card.

well im on vodacom and when i go to centurion for meetings i also get signal drops

maybe it's something else?
 
My connection is up and running. No drop anymore.

The GPRS connection time out issue has been sorted out
