Connection dying (but not disconnecting)

Hi,

Who here is having this problem... it's happening to me alot now, well, it happened to me a few times last week and 3/4 times last night, my GF says it has happened twice today.

The connection is working, but then just dies (downloads stop, IM's disconnect etc), but does not disconnect.

To fix it, what I do is disconnect in Windows, then wait, then reconnect - if that doesn't work, I unplug the phone (I don't have my battery in) and then plug it in, my PC will then disconnect, and 30 seconds later reconnect and away it goes "for however long" before it does it again.

Neotel rep; any ideas why it is doing this?

Everyone else; who else is this happening too?

Yip had this problem with the flex device...would say its connected but no data passing.
That was two weeks ago, but haven't had it since, except for past sunday afternoon.

Not lately, about a week ago I had it a lot on the flex device. Needed hard restart to fix

Unless the new neotel rep has some magical uber valheru style techinical skills..

I'm downloading a porn movie... it's pumping away at whatever speed, lets say 50KB/s then it just stops... the connection to the movie is still active, but it's dead.

You open up a window and you type in www.hugolikesporntoo.com and nothing happens, doesn't say 404 or anything.

You disconnect, reconnect, works... for however long till it happens again!
