Connection Issues

Hi all

Anyone got some suggestions as to what to do to log into WoW ?

Up until about 2 weeks ago I was logging on and playing fine.

Since then I cannot connect to the WoW network or the news page if I go through the launcher.

The rest of the internet works fine and all my other online games still work.

Ideas ?

Have you changed any settings with you internet, how are you connecting?

Installed a firewall?

Could very well be your firewall, try disabling it. But we need to know what programs have you installed recently. Any updates done? what anti-virus you using. What ISP you using.

Your tracert is messy, try a different ISP (there are a few that offer trial accounts www.sainet.co.za used to). You could always try connecting via a proxy try www.lowerping.com the also offer trial accounts.

I had the same problem yesterday after installing the new patch.All i did was restart my pc and i could log then i disabled the addons i was using ...i suspect that was the proplem..the addons.try deleting them out of your ui folder and see if that works..otherwise reinstall or get a copy from a friend

Or has fixed the connection and is catching for 2 weeks no wow.
