Connection keeps freezing

Hi,

Im having this issue where my connection freezes meaning my online game will freeze, twitch stream im watching will freeze then resume like 5 seconds later and latency has spiked to 1700ms in game then 2 seconds later its back to 190ms. Been happening quite frequently since last week tuesday. Here is my line stats.

Could you PM me your account details please, I want to check from my side if the connection actually drops. Do you have the time - more or less - that the last time this happened?
