Connects with full bars, no download through put though

I connected this morning fine for about 5mins then suddenly it just died, no throughput what so ever, ive tried different locations in my house, all the time having full signal, is there perhaps problems in the honeydew/northriding area ?

There was a big link failure that could have affected you, but ok now, can you confirm?
