Hey guys,

I've reinstalled windows on this device for a friend because it was riddled with viruses.
Everything works except I cant seem to get the audio drivers to work.

I even tried to use drivermax to get the drivers to no avail
Im not even sure what kind of audio chip it is, I tried the intel drivers, realtek drivers and drivermax installed ESau driver (I googled it, Everest Semiconductor ESAuDriver Device sound, video, and game controller drivers)

I've emailed their support team and got a ticket ref however was hoping someone with access to one of these would be kind enough to dump and share the drivers in the meantime?

its this model here:

Possibly this http://ftp.mustek.co.za/Notebook/CG14D15/

Is this not their website?

Thanks man, tried those drivers already, no dice unfortunately
What's vendor and device Id of the soundcard in device .manager?

And a word of warning. don't download device drivers from any site you find. That's the favourite place that trojan and ransomware providers hide their presents in.

Will get back to you on that one.
I'm not at home at the moment so will post when I get a chance to look at it.

Solid advice though thanks
