So I try send an email and get this constantly with the following message :

A message from <xxxxx@vodamail.co.za> to:
-> xxxxxxx@xxxxxx

was considered unsolicited bulk e-mail (UBE).

Our internal reference code for your message is 2xxxx8-0x/xZ1jvP-xxxxx

The message carried your return address, so it was either a genuine mail
from you, or a sender address was faked and your e-mail address abused
by third party, in which case we apologize for undesired notification.

We do try to minimize backscatter for more prominent cases of UBE and
for infected mail, but for less obvious cases of UBE some balance
between losing genuine mail and sending undesired backscatter is sought,
and there can be some collateral damage on both sides.

According to a 'Received:' trace, the message originated at: [xx.xx.xxx.xxx],
xxxPC (unknown [zxx.xx.xxx.xxxx])

Return-Path: <xxxxx@xxxxxxx>
Message-ID: <xxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Subject: PiX

Delivery of the email was stopped!

How do fix it? :/
Phone them?

Set vodacom to forward all emails to a gmail account and use that instead.

I am using 4 emails from 4 different domains on my laptop. On a roadtrip and changes all 4 to the smtp.vodamail.co.za outgoing server using a 3g modem, all went well for the past week untill last night, Incoming emails ok, most outgoing emails i get the message as per the previous posts. A test email sen to myself go through from time to time, but there is no pattern, 99% of all emails bounce

Gmail is the best.

I also had issues with vodamail when forwarding mail from company emails to private emails. Hated it.

No issues with forwarding to gmail.

I had a similar problem and searched for the solution to no avail.
Logged an incident with Vodacom and got some feedback.
Just wanted to post a possible fix so the next guy can maybe find help a little quicker.

It could be your subject. My user was using ALL UPPER CASE in their subject field and Vodacom reported that as the reason for the 'UBE' stoppage.
Just one more thing to check before pulling your hair out.
