The fact that you celebrate having spend R7000+ on consoles, plus the price of a high end PC, plus (I am assuming by your "expert opinion" on HD gaming that you have an HDTV) R7-15k on an HDTV, so a sum total of at least R25 000 on gaming equipment, it is without doubt that it is you who needs to check his priorities and get out more.

doobiwan, I saved for what I have and I'm a games collector - if I can't play the games I like on a computer (as I said at least three times now) - I go for a console, if I have the choice, I go for it on PC. If you find that offensive, then I'm sorry, too bad. I gave my opinion, it was that simple. The very fact that you had to get on your high horse and get upset because I don't seem to appreciate your consoles, is somewhat... well... pathetic, to be honest.

I only came back into this thread because I love reading your views on the console wars.

Never before have I seen someone so passionate about consoles yet who hates gamers at the same time... It's awesome...

So the guy who plays Xbox with a Masters and friends doesn't exist but the guy who is listening to 7.1 audio on the PS3 is awesome...

My issue is your arrogant attitude and inflated opinion which you're trying to extol as righteous and virtuous, when, while you might not be as extreme as a typical fanboy, is certainly not one that is wholey informed.

See, now, where it comes to being "wholey informed" - I find that my experience with my computer and three consoles, to be enough to make a wholly, albeit personally informed opinion of PlaySation as a console, if nothing else. As I said, I don't own a 360, but what I've seen, doesn't impress me. The games end up being released for the PC, so eh, I won't bother buying one. I don't understand why my perspective on this bugs you so much?

I find myself repeating what I said when I started posting in this thread, simply in the hopes of getting through to you that it is my preference. I certainly don't expect the world to feel the same.

Yet one moment you call me a liar, the next you call me a hypocrite and you get upset because I'm apparently arrogant and have an inflated opinion? You're just picking at straws to find something to argue about.
