Got a 1Mb line, stay in bellville area.
Now since last year Aug or Oct (before this it was Perfect) randoms nights we would get extremely high pings, recently its some how moved to only happen on weekends (whole Sat and Sun) and now its just happening every single night, week and weekends.
I have been on and off with Mweb and Telkom consultants for days, both constantly tell me on there side the line looks fine and perfect but on my side its horrible and im on the phone with them while its horrible. With Mweb i was just trying to see if i could fix the problem my side so they helped with some basic things, testing other accounts, etc and nothing has changed. Telkom has done many port, account, etc refreshes and it only fixes this problem for a random time of 20 seconds to 5-6 minutes. They told me tonight a techie would be phoning me, i didn't get that phone call.
I have bought a R750 modem, and changed the filters in hopes that it would fix this problem (last modem was a crappy billion 400g) but nothing has changed. Im at a loss of what to do now, so i've been logging complaints, posting on forums, everthing i can think of that may make them actually look into it.
This is my line, on a better night but still to bad, on other nights it will be at 600 ping with a 0.3* dwnload and a 0.1* upload.

What else can i do? or should i do? or even try before i do anything to fix this problem?.
