Not sure I agree. Now we're throwing taxpayer resources at fixing the complaints...instead of the problem.

End result...the okes behind this mess get an easy (taxpayer sponsored) mechanism that highlights all the serious complaints.

They concept as a whole needs to be investigated, not individual fck-ups corrected.
