Consumers left without any protection

With regards to a faulty new vehicle sold by S.A.M. not a friggin word.
 
Neighbour returned a new fridge where the door fell off within 10 days and the shop did not come to repair or see it. When she told the shop she was reporting them to the NCC, they laughed in her face

She has enlisted the assistance of the consumer editor at the Sunday Times
 
MyBroadband contacted the National Consumer Commission for comment, but they did not provide feedback (MyBroadband waited over two weeks)

No but they throw Johnny Walker around often enough.

As mentioned, a government and anc creation with cadres running it did anyone expect anything other than BS and promises?
