Booked for next Friday with a Dr in JHB. A referral from a trusted doctor. No BF specials for this sadly but he is apparently very very good at his job and no return customers as yet.

Only ended up doing this in Jan. Still in ward following the snip but so far no good. No regrets either

Day following and no pain. Jock strap is a bit of a annoyance but generally no issues. Haven’t needed any ice either.
Park run walked as well and still okay.

Sleeping is a bit of a pita but yeah. Would recommend.

Assuming no swimmers when I test in March I’d give the procedure and my doc a firm 8.5/10. Didn’t like waiting since I hadn’t eaten yesterday and I was last on the list.
