I have had continuous billing problems - some months being over billed by up to R8000. This has been going on since October 2008. Since then I have yet to experience one month that has been correct. I log queries every month to solve these problems but nothing happens. I now have a Nokia E75 which stopped working after 10 days of upgrade– MTN refused to do an “out of box failure” and sent it to be repaired. This took 14 days (received the phone on Thursday afternoon) and on Saturday it stopped working again. Same issue as the first time. Guys apart from staging a “sit-in” at 14th Ave what else can I do to solve these issues. I have 5 lines from MTNSP and have been with them for 14 years.
