Contract Cancellation: Need Your Advice (Resolved!)
Hi All
I cancelled my contract (expired on 06 Nov 2012) on the 2nd OCT 2012 however a few minutes ago I received my latest invoice and guess what Vodacom is billing me for the month of Nov 2012
, called 111 and query this and the Lady told that they (Vodacom) added the normal free minutes for Nov 2012, why are they doing this? My contract expired on the 6 Nov 2012 full stop....
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks.
