EXACTLY the same here - my cancellation form was handed in at Telkom Bayside Centre Cape Town on 01 Oct 2015, so it has been Six months now - still deducting debit order every month - technicians were at my house and found signal to be too low.
Telkom rep, can you please follow up Case # 17133202 for me - it seems to have been handled by Kabelo Ndlovu and Tankiso Mosia
calling 081 180, they were unable to put me through to these individuals, just took messages every time for them to phone me back, which never happened. The last time a message was taken for them to email me, which also never happened - it seems they closed the call without ever getting hold of me.
(I have had this 8ta data contract for 5 years since 2011, so after 2 years it should have become month-to-month allowing me to cancel at any time giving 30 days notice)
