Telkom consultants cancelled my contract without my consent. I requested my SmartBroadband Wireless 10GB Deal contract to be cancelled and the consultant cancelled my FreeMe 1GB Deal. When I request them to reconnect it they tell me I wont get back my minutes and other benefits I got with my FreeMe 1GB Deal, the sim card will be reconnected on prepaid. They told be that reconnection takes 24 hours but today its 96 hours still no reconnection I am losing important calls due to the poor service I got from services from Telkom, how can this be fixed? Case no for my issue: 30924567
