Contract cancelling - whats the process.

We were coming up for our 6th (november) contract i think, but as by the end of the year we will be off on a one way ticket, a certain contract needs to be cancelled.

How much notice do you need to give.

One month's notice. aka 30 days.

There is also an alternative number than the customer care one. (082 111)

Hand in a letter at a Vodashop and have them sign a dated copy that they recieved it.

Its easier to phone 111 - you will get a sms confiming the cancelation date. You need to give one calendar months notice and the intial period must be complete i.e. all 24 months meaning the contract is in effect a 25+ month contract.

Although that's the minimum - you can give notice earlier. You just run the risk of them forgetting that you did cancel if you do it too early.
