Can anyone help, I'm desperate.
I have an account with the now defunct iTalk. I am eligible to cancel the contract, problem is I'm now overseas and cannot get through to iTalk (nothing new) nor can I contact anyone at MTN as all of the numbers are 0800/60 numbers which don't work if you are calling from outside of SA
Does anyone have a propper landline of someone at MTN who I can get some sense out of. (tried emailing but of course they ask for your cell number first, realize you are with iTalk and then send it off to the nether worlds never to be read)
Alternatively if anyone knows of an ombudsman type body I can contact....this is fraud!!!
