Contract Upgrade before 22 months?

I want to upgrade at 20 months instead of 22? I don't mind my contract being extended the extra 2 months.... is it at all possible?

Are the SP's willing to do an upgrade at 20 months?

What about if you want to upgrade from a talk 500 to a talk 1000 during your contract (I know you can do this), do you get another free handset?

My thoughts are NO. Vodacom are pretty stingy once they got you in a contract.
