Contract

Can anybody please give me some advice. I've been trying to get a Telkom contract for the past week.

The shop only sent the paper work off either last night or this morning to their credit vetting team.

I was told it would take 2 hours but I'm still waiting. I have not received a case number sms or anything and when I phone their support line, they dont pick up my ID number on their system.

I now do not know what else to do.

Telkom is making it close to impossible for me to allow them to take my money.

My advice would be never to take a 24 month contract at Telkom.

They might be cheaper, but the network speed and customer service is not well.

Network speed, there u maybe wrong.. My telkom LTE gives me 60Mb in my area whereas my vodacom LTE maxes out 35Mb...

So they are cheaper and have better network speeds
