Contractor to lay sleving

I am a chairperson of a body corporate of a residential estate and am looking for contractors that can lay sleeving from a particular point to the units. The end goal is to have the sleeving available so that Telkom lines / other service providers can lay cable. These units are already built. So if anyone knows of a good company it would be much appreciated.

I't not rocket science, just about anybody that can dig a trench can do that if you specify what goes where.
