Huh? You mean each mail individually? Or batch mode?
You can print emails to PDF using CutePDF.
But I don't know what you would use to do it in Bulk.

one more vote for cutePDF.
Just a thought though, a printout is pretty useless if the email is important, rather drag the email out of Outlook to save the entire message (which will include the headers) which comes in real handy should someone dispute that they sent an email or it came from their systems
