Issue with mweb

Hi,
Is there and Ombudsman for ISP's - particularity Fibre?
I'm having issues with Mweb.I have tried to send them emails to [email protected]m but the emails just bounce back and they keep me on hold for 2hrs when I call them.

Vote with your wallet. Most, if not all, fibre providers are better than MWEB.
