Yeap as uktest is an extension of our network to the UK, if the path to the UK is down it wont be reachable.

Thanks for confirming,
Yeah the speeds could just be wireless related, but at least we can confirm the package is correct since there is no 50/50 on Reach.
I can confirm the Fibre levels are within spec as well.
Please do log a support ticket should the issue continue though.

Hi, I dont think this is relative to us.
The microsoft store version of whatsapp on windows isn't connecting for me at all, not sure if it's whatsapp or CI
Reddit has also been slow for me today and last night, even if it's going to JHBA continuation of my posts about Reddit being slowed up for me here are two traces.

I have had an issue since Thursday at 2:15pm with the link down. It is a peculiar outage because about 2 homes on the street are still up and running and the rest across all ISP's remain down. We are heading for almost 72 hours with no concrete feedback from Vuma on how they intend to resolve this. Can you kindly provide some kind of timeline, so I know what we are working with.

HI there, apologies for the continued delay, I have requested for our team to escalate the issue for you.I have had a chat again with your tech and we tested the dial up PPPOE again for the 3rd time. Vuma keeps closing the ticket without resolving the issue and we are now 4 days without Fibre . They need to send a tech out to me on site. They are really not handling this well.
It's been terribly slow for me as well. Media barely loads and if it does, it takes ages.Reddit has also been slow for me today and last night, even if it's going to JHB
HI there, I have asked our team to have another look, as the routing appears to be optimal. It's been terribly slow for me as well. Media barely loads and if it does, it takes ages.
If I fire up WARP then it works perfectly
Any news on that iperf server? The initial reason for running the iperfs was to check for loss because of slower speeds to CPT and internationally. Usually my speed to JHB is good, but to cape town it's 400-500mbps fairly consistently, I've gotten 600 a few times though. MFN 1000/500HI there, I have asked our team to have another look, as the routing appears to be optimal.
Will provide feedback once received.
Sorry about the delay, seems our team didn't manage to check on Friday. I have asked again.Any news on that iperf server? netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=normal
Nope, I believe the level was already set to normal, no difference.Sorry about the delay, seems our team didn't manage to check on Friday. I have asked again.
Are you able to also run this command as admin on your PC to see if there are any improvements with the speeds?
Code:netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=normal
May I also ask what the issue is you are experiencing? Such as the service in CTN you are trying to access and uitilize the full 1G
Are you also able to advise what speeds you get to different London servers?
