Please note, Coolideas has picked up an issue in Johannesburg, affecting clients on:
-Vumatel Aerial
-OpenFibre
-Netstream
-Openserve (IPV6)
-Evotel
-Zoom Fibre

Impact: intermittent to no connection

The issue has been identified and resolved between 16:43pm and 17:40pm on 17/08/2024
Please reboot your Router and ONT , and let me know should you still experience any further issues.

TT Connect is in complete denial there is an issue.... Been pressing them non stop but they say everything is okay on their side....

We have not received any feedback since we reported it a few hours back.
Not sure, but maybe its because of skeleton staff over the weekend ?

I guess denial is better than no response.

Confirmed, this is the nightly pattern, it improves from about 10.30, then is fine by midnight.

Coreix is at 88/68 now.
