But according to @AfriNatic the old SN is being used for your service, did you check if the old ONT is still being used and causing the issue?

Looking at the horrible service you're getting from the Fibre providers why not try telkom rather? Couldn't possibly be worse.

I don't wanna switch ISPs the whole time. Only reason I left Afrihost is because of the lack of communication. Went to Vox cause I have dealt with them in the past and they do update you frequently. My best bet at this point is 5G with Rain
 
I think speak to @AfriNatic or @PBCool and say that you will go with them as an isp if they can sort this out for you now. Like before the long weekend.

Vox honestly are like telkom. Difficult to get through to the right person. According to what @PBCool has said, they need to make the next move atm.

My opinion, go with afrihost. @AfriNatic will keep you updated faster than anyone out there. And they will sort this mess out.
 
UPDATE!
Cool Ideas released the line.
Order accepted and completed.
Vox now Activating on their side. I should be up by the end of the day!
And btw @Vox Customer Service did the order and everything in less than an hour of the line being released by Cool Ideas

Nothing we've done, as per the PM we released both those serial numbers ages ago. I presume Vumatel fixed the release.
