Cool ideas / Supersonic / Afrihost on Vumatel

I am moving to an area that only has Vumatel and I am looking at one of the following ISP's: Cool ideas / Supersonic / Afrihost

It's based on price and the ratings from the April best and worst ISP's article but now I see people are complaining about supersonic.

Any recommendations between them?

We are one of the big ISPs on Vumatel. Glad we are on your list to consider.

The installation date is arrange with Vumatel. Vumatel has a network freeze period from 18th December to 4th of January where all civil work will cease. Based on that I doubt they will be able to install you between those dates.

You need to add the line speed to make the screenshot relevant but I assume it's a 50/5 line?

This all depends on the FNO, it is unlikely any installs will be happening during that time of the year. I will get confirmation when they stop or start installing over the festive period.

Go give the MTN SuperSonic feedback thread a quick read.

Stay far away from Supersonic. Had nothing but issues with them and they literally refuse to help you if you have any issue with international traffic.
