As you know, I'm new to this whole ADSL thing .... and one thing I'm curious about is the Copyright letter I've been hearing about? Warnings for downloading?

You're using torrents..

download Peerblock and install it..

Oh, and delete the letters, they have no legal standing in this country from what I understand....

Yea I was told to get it ... so I did - but it looks pretty complex :P

I'll ask a friend to help set up.

I use Piratebay and Vuse

Complicated?

Dude... you install and run it.... nothing more complicated than that.

If you are new to all of this, your downloading is probably not something to be worried about. If they're going to catch someone or make an example of someone,it'll be a big dog.

peerblock works well just don't click the block http button and you be ok.
install it and forget about it, it'll do all the rest but it's self. :D

Start using news servers instead, then you won't ever have to worry about running special applications to bypass infringement letters.
