Correct me if I am wrong about this reset time.

It seems that the different ISP's reset at different intervals (one person experianced hourly resets with axxess)

I bought a gig of prepaid from webafrica since I want to have both saix and IS acc's and the reset for it at least for me is 3 hours, has anyone else tested this ?

The ISP's set the reset timer on their radius server. It can be anything upto 24 hours. If no timer is set telkom automatically set it to 24 hours (max).
It is the ISP's choice how they set it.
