Correct Telkom POP3/IMAP settings?

Hi all.
This is for a client, who needed his @telkomsa.net email address configured in Outlook 2016.
Yesterday I configured his Outlook using IMAP, all worked brilliantly, then was advised this morning it stopped working around lunch time, and was advised Telkom doesn't support IMAP, so configured it again using POP3, worked brilliantly till about lunch time again, now getting this error

What are the correct settings? I am making these corrections at no additional cost, as it's not fair on the client to bill him for something which I should have sorted correctly the first time, and I am certain the emails are setup correctly, as it was working fine before it stopped.
Please can someone advise.

Experiencing a similar issue with a longstanding client. Mails have worked for years with the pop3 settings. Currently they can receive mails, but outgoing does not seem to reach the destination. This morning one test mail did make it through to me.
When i tried to test the settings this afternoon, first i got an error to say the server took too long to respond. Five minutes later it worked fine. But the test mail hasn't come through yet.
It seems to be an issue with their server, or possibly my client's mailbox is near capacity, idk.
